Caralee has been a licensed Realtor since 2006, serving clients in both Oregon and Washington with dedication and expertise. She firmly believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to own a home and use real estate as a means to build wealth. With a deep and comprehensive knowledge of all property types—from luxury homes and condos to foreclosures, short sales, and bare land—Caralee is committed to making the buying and selling process not only smooth but also enjoyable and rewarding for every client she works with.
When she's not working directly with clients, Caralee dedicates her time to teaching real estate classes for the Oregon Realtors. Through these classes, she connects with fellow Realtors across the state, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience. Her favorite topics to teach include Ethics, Law, Buyers, Sellers, Negotiations, and Contracts, all of which are crucial for the professional development of her peers.
On a personal note, Caralee is a proud mother of two children: Justine, who is 23 years old, and Kyla, who is 21. She also shares her life with her partner, Frank. Outside of her professional life, Caralee is deeply involved in her community. She loves volunteering at the Food Bank, where she can give back and make a difference. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading historical novels, which allow her to escape into different eras and stories. Additionally, she has a passion for boxing, often sparring with her daughter Kyla, which keeps her active and fit. Caralee also cherishes planning trips with Justine, creating lasting memories and exploring new places together.
